Terms of service

Version 1.0 of 4 November 2026

PL360• APP TERMS OF SERVICE

This is a translation. The Polish version is binding.

  1. Service provider: KOSTIANTYN SOLDATKO (PL360•), ul. Powstańców Śląskich 5 lok. 405, 53-332 Wrocław, NIP 8992823570, REGON 544596129. Contact: in the app (case chat, Profile), by phone at +48 787 451 787 or at the office at the provider’s address.
  2. These terms are available free of charge in the app before registration and at any time afterwards (Profile → Consents); we will e-mail them to you on request.
  3. Services in the app are free of charge: account, uploading documents to your case, viewing stages and document status, case messages, short requests to partners, notifications.
  4. Legalisation services are paid — under a separate contract and price list. Payment at the office or by bank transfer; the app does not accept payments.
  5. PL360• helps prepare documents and the application and, under a power of attorney, handles contact with the office. The decision is issued by the voivode; PL360• does not guarantee its content or timing. PL360• is not a law firm. For partner requests, you conclude the contract directly with the partner.
  6. Technical requirements: a smartphone with an up-to-date iOS or Android, internet access, a phone number that receives SMS and an e-mail address.
  7. The contract for using the app is concluded when you register, accept these terms and confirm your phone and e-mail with codes. It is concluded for an indefinite period.
  8. You can terminate it at any time by deleting your account (Profile → My data (RODO)). Deleting the account does not end a separate legalisation service contract — we will agree at the office how to continue the case. The provider may terminate the contract with 14 days’ notice for important reasons (e.g. false data, breach of these terms).
  9. You provide true data, do not share codes with anyone (PL360• staff never ask for a code), upload only your own documents or documents you are authorised to submit; unlawful content is prohibited.
  10. Right of withdrawal (consumers). You may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason — a message in the app or a letter to the provider’s address is enough. If you asked for a paid service to start before this period ends, you will pay for the part performed until withdrawal. If the service has been fully performed with your express consent and after you were informed that you would lose the right of withdrawal, the right expires. This does not apply to contracts concluded at the office.
  11. You can file a complaint in the app or at the office; state what it concerns and what you expect. We reply within 14 days.
  12. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (the list of bodies is kept by the President of UOKiK) and free assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman.
  13. We process personal data in accordance with the information on the processing of personal data.
  14. We announce changes to these terms in the app and by e-mail at least 14 days in advance; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account free of charge.
  15. Governing law — Polish; this does not limit consumer rights under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

The Polish version is binding.
